Duty and origin: what to ask your supplier for
EU Customs Union → A.TR
Industrial goods in free circulation enter without customs duty with an A.TR movement certificate. Steel (HS 72–73) and most agricultural goods use EUR.1 under separate agreements.

Everywhere else → standard (MFN) duty
No preferential agreement: your normal tariff applies. Ask for a certificate of origin if your customs, bank or letter of credit requires proof of Turkish origin.

Product rules in your market
Many markets require a conformity mark or certificate for regulated products. It is often the importer's responsibility, so agree in the contract who obtains it and who pays.
